Employee Communication
Canterbury can assist our plan sponsors in communicating changes or updates to the 401(k) or defined benefit plans to the employee
participants. Canterbury prepares a quarterly newsletter for distribution to participants to keep them informed about the capital markets, the
economy and general performance observations of the plan. Additionally, Canterbury works with both the service provider and the plan sponsor to
keep the lines of communication open between all participants to quickly and efficiently address employee questions and concerns.
